The Steel's

Grand Champion Ruskin's Remington

The first steel bred here by using 'Sup.Ch. Edam' and another import 'Steel'here'

He wasnt able to be shown as an under 5 month rabbit as he was already weighing 3lb1oz at 16 weeks old, but by the time his adult show carrer was ready to start, he has only gained 1 ounce and just before he died he was still only weighing 3lb7oz

Uptons Pablo at Ruskin

(Super Steel A-B-C-D-EsEs)

This buck is everything, and then some, of what I have been looking for to try and give Ruskin a little of the 'something' that it has been lacking in the last year or so.

I remember seeing him as a baby and liking him. Then to my surprise, Jane took him to a show to sell to someone. She got him out the box, I sat him on the table and I said, "You're selling this over my dead body". He was back in the box quicker than you could have said his name.

From then on he has blossomed at Upton into this beautiful animal and now, he is to spend the rest of his days here with me and my rabble.

Jane Bramley has very sadly, given up rabbit breeding and showing after over 30 years in the fancy, and he was her parting gift to me.
